Terms and Conditions
In these Terms, “we”, “our” and “us” means Two Little Divas and “you” means our customer.
Please note: we may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. It is up to you to make sure you keep up to date with our Terms and Conditions.
We welcome custom orders! We are more than happy to work with you to confirm sizes, design and colour combinations to suit your needs.
All custom orders require a minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid before work will commence on your order.
For accessories, please allow 7 days from confirmation of payment for your order to be made. For handmade decor, please allow up to 14 days for your item to be created. We will endeavour to get your items out to you as soon as possible and we promise to keep you informed with approximate time frames. Time frames may vary depending on the need to order speciality fabrics or trims.
All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
We are currently not GST registered, so no GST charges will be added to your order.
All items that are in stock and are ‘Ready To Ship (RTS)’ will be dispatched within 1-2 days of payment clearing into our account.
All orders will be sent via tracked courier and will require a signature.
Please note that once your package has been collected by our shipping company, transit times are out of our control. Transit times may be delayed due to Covid-19.
We are unable to refund or replace items that are shipped to an address that has been provided to us incorrectly.
We are happy to ship overseas, but please first contact us for a shipping quote. Once this has been accepted, we will set up a custom listing for you.
Please make sure you choose your items carefully. We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind. Under the Consumers Guarantee Act we will honour our obligations and if your product is faulty we will repair or replace your item at our discretion.
You must return the product to us for your item to be repaired, before a replacement item is sent or a refund given. All packaging must be shipped back with the item. You are liable for the cost of return shipping and Two Little Divas will not reimburse you for this. We recommend you ship your item via tracked courier as we are not liable for, and will not refund or replace any items lost in return transit.
If your item is faulty, please make contact with 3 working days after receiving your item. We may ask for you to send us a picture to confirm the fault.
Returned items must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the item/s are received later than 30 days we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Custom made items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
'Sale' items and 'Seconds' are non-refundable.
All refunds given are less shipping costs.
